ReSIDeNt, LEMUR's Creator-in-Residence Program
Open call for submissions
ReSiDeNt is LEMUR's Creator-in-Residence program. For each residency period, three artists are selected for a two month residency at LEMUR. Artists are given free access to create performances or installations utilizing LEMUR's robotic instruments, MIDI controllers and other technology. Each month's residencies culminate in a showcase performance at LEMUR.Artists from all performing and installation disciplines are encouraged to apply, including musicians, composers, dancers, choreographers, video artists, interactive installation artists, performance artists, multimedia artists and others.
Deadlines are rolling, allowing artists to submit applications to be considered for future residencies throughout the year.
Thanks to a recent generous grant from the Greenwall Foundation, ReSiDeNt is now funded. Each artist or group will receive an artist fee of $400 for participating.
